Marlon Lynn
Since 2004, Marlon has been Senior Architect in the firm that bears his name. His years of experience in design and construction serve to reinforce his work as a commercial property inspector. Having assisted hundreds of owners in the design and development of their commercial projects throughout the Southeast, Marlon understands the unique needs of developers and owners. Active in numerous civic organizations, Marlon is a dedicated member of the Lakeland, Florida community.
Lindsey Crowley
Lindsey Crowley joined the Lucent team as our Business Operations Manager, overseeing the roll-out of our new software package, networking with commercial real estate professionals to market our Commercial Property Assessments and directing our software product sales going forward. Lindsey comes to Lucent having spent years in restaurant ownership and management. A graduate of the University of South Alabama in Mobile, he holds a BA in Business Management. Lindsey and his wife, Lori, are the parents of four children—two working and living in Tallahassee and two still in college—and have lived in Lakeland since 1994.
Neil Sherouse
Neil serves as Lucent Inspection’s Business Manager. He brings years of experience in commercial property development and management to his work for Lucent. Neil’s role is to assure that the financial and legal side of Lucent’s business runs smoothly so that the rest of our team can focus on providing our clients with the most efficient and user-friendly inspection software solutions as well as comprehensive commercial property assessments. In addition to his work at Lucent, Neil is a husband, father and grandfather, a classical baritone soloist, a published author and an avid fly fisherman.
Susan Curry
Susan Curry grew up in Jacksonville, but has been a Lakelander for decades, having graduated from Florida Southern College. Her deep roots in the community include volunteer work with Peace River Center, First United Methodist Church and the Lakeland Community Theater. Her attention to detail enhances her skills as an inspector. The mother of two and grandmother to one (with one on the way), Susan launched her organizing business, Organizing with Curry Designs in 2016, and obtained her home inspection license in 2019.
Luciano Santos
A native of Brazil, Luciano grew up in Haines City, Florida, where he excelled on his high school soccer team. A recent graduate of Ridge Technical College, he earned numerous certifications in drafting and design before joining our team in the spring of 2021. While in school, Luciano worked in his father’s cabinet and custom furniture shop designing custom cabinetry. In addition to his drafting certifications, Luciano is a Certified Personal Trainer and enjoys personal fitness. Among his other interests is drawing anime.
